At SOCOMEC, we believe that the talent of our employees is our greatest strength. Each year, we invest in an innovative training program orchestrated by our Learning Centre, a centre of expertise dedicated to skills development.

Located at SOCOMEC’s headquarters, our Learning Centre deploys training courses around the world, with an emphasis on interactive and personalised training. Our mission? Fostering a culture of continuous learning to enable everyone to fully contribute to the company’s strategic objectives and to cope with changes in our industry.

Skills development

At Socomec, openness and diversity are at the heart of our success. We offer our employees international development opportunities, through enriching training programs.

The Socomec Leadership Development Program, intended for our key contributors, brings together employees from all over the world around ambitious projects such as Business Hackathons, to boost skills and performance. Our managerial community is also supported through the Group Manager Program, designed to enhance leadership practices in the face of changes in our world of work.

Employee engagement: a continuous and constructive dialogue

At SOCOMEC, listening and acting in response to the expectations of our employees is essential. Each year, our SOCOMEC Engagement Survey invites all employees, in 26 countries and 18 languages, to express their feelings. This open dialogue approach enables us to adjust our actions and strengthen satisfaction and commitment within our teams.

We involve each level of management in the rigorous monitoring of action plans resulting from this survey, in a continuous improvement process that ensures the growth and fulfilment of our employees.
