Our responsibilities
- Participate in the design of products to ensure the feasibility of products on optimised processes by identifying areas for continuous improvement,
- Manage schedules and guarantee the progress of the project
- Propose quantified industrial production scenarios, based on SOCOMEC’s strategy and its industrial challenges
- Define and implement the target value-stream mapping of products (cutting into industrial bricks, localisation, integration, control & associated industrial flows) in collaboration with the supply chain
- Define the assembly and inspection processes, manage implementation of production means and participate in the FMEA process,
- Manage the launch, production and monitoring of industrial pre-series,
- Contribute to achievement of the project’s objectives in terms of safety, quality, costs and deadlines.

Our commitments
- Ensure that our projects deliver an optimal level of quality and safety for our internal customers (industrial sites/partners) and external customers
- Integrate environmental criteria into our industrialisation processes in line with our localisation strategy
- Ensure that our projects provide optimisation of flows and stocks to guarantee a good level of availability to our customers
- Provide our industrial sites with the necessary support in the start-up phases of production.
