We intervene from essential health monitoring (with advice to employees who are required to travel, measures to be taken in the event of a pandemic, etc.) to prevention programs that are part of the QLWC approach (Quality of Life and Working Conditions).
Regular audits, along with systematic and collaborative analysis of risk situations, enable us to put in place measures to ensure safety. We always seek to offer optimal working conditions, by working on the ergonomics of workstations and by having a continuous improvement approach.
In active collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) division, the HSE department provides its contribution and support in deployment of the Climate strategy and in raising awareness of environmental impacts (reducing carbon footprint, waste management and reduction, etc.).
